Aqar Luqtah is a brokerage and transaction-services platform for transferring (assigning) instalment property contracts. The platform is not a property developer and is not a party to the original unit contract.

Every figure and estimate shown before documents are verified is indicative, based on common market patterns. It is not a promise of an outcome nor legal advice. The final result depends on your actual contract and the developer approval.

The platform commission is zero for the seller and 1.25% for the buyer, calculated on the transferred contract value. It falls due only on successful completion of the transfer, and is disclosed before any commitment.

The platform exercises due diligence in verifying documents and data, but the developer approval of a transfer and the decisions of the parties remain outside its control. The platform is not responsible for decisions the parties take outside the scope of the service.

The platform deals exclusively with the owner of the unit. Brokers and property agents may not register, list, or advertise units here. On submitting a unit its owner confirms that they are the owner and not an intermediary. Any unit found to have been submitted by a broker — or any breach of this policy — may be rejected, removed, or permanently deleted by the platform without prior notice.

We may amend these terms, and will notify registered users of any material change before it takes effect.
